What's Included In Our Fees?

Our fees cover a wide range of services designed to ensure comfort, safety, and wellbeing:

  • 24/7 nursing or residential care
  • Personalised care plans and regular reviews
  • All meals, snacks and refreshments
  • Daily activities and entertainment
  • Housekeeping and laundry services
  • Use of all communal facilities, including lounges, gardens, cinema area and kitchenette
  • Access to our wireless phone system and personal televisions
  • Assistance with medication, mobility and personal care

Additional services such as; hairdressing, chiropody, optical and dentistry checks as well as other private therapies may incur extra charges, which will always be discussed in advance.

  • Local authority residents (Blackburn with Darwen and Lancashire County Council)
  • Residents from out of borough
  • NHS funded residents
