She's the first point of contact for families and professionals, ensuring smooth operations and personalised attention for every resident. Heather is available Monday to Friday and is known for her warm, approachable style.

A registered nurse with more than 20 years of clinical experience, Munawar brings expertise in district nursing, dialysis, theatre care, palliative support, and complex case management. He leads our nursing team and ensures every resident's health needs are met with precision and empathy.
